Day 74

I got this tie from a friend we like to call Madam. It's short for mad-Adam. He's always mad or at least we think so and we meaning Johnny Bravo and me. Anyway, today was a little better, started off the same. I didn't get elbowed but I had some fun and went to bible study where I learned about Unbelief and favor from Luke 1:5-25. Read it! Day 73

I don't know where I got this tie. Maybe from my old roomie's dad. I don't know. Umm, yesterday was Tuesday and on Tuesdays I have work, and then Hands of Tabitha. I think I cried yesterday, stupid guy I work with elbowed me on purpose. And I was already having a sucky day so he just made it worse. But it got better because he left the complex. He leaves pretty often. Jesus was working for me that day. Umm, class was cool. That's it, oh and I bought my ticket to buffalo. Can't wait! Much love, K

No clue where I got this tie but I love wearing it. It is pretty bright. SO my Monday wasn't so bad. I read my textbook, went to class. Handed in my portfolio. Baked cookies and brownies for my classmates. It was all good. Much love, K

On Sunday, I had no clothes to wear that were mine. So I left my grandmas house and went to my house where I changed. And as I was walking up the hill, I remembered that I forgot to wear a tie and proceeded to forget to wear a tie the whole day and today. Sunday was a very busy day, with sunday school, packing, service and choir rehearsal. I also needed to do my portfolio. So I have no clue where I got this tie. Sorry! But I think I got a better picture of the kitty. She's so pretty. She has tiny paws and everything but she is getting bigger and not necessarily smarter, lol. Did I ever mention that I don't like Christmas music, with bells and jingles that get stuck in your head. Gah! Today's tie comes from my drawer. It was planned for someone else but they never got it, so I kept it! Today was a very nervous/busy day. I had work, which was crazy with it being Black Friday and then I had to meet up with someone I haven't seen in four years and that was a bit scary but he cancelled. So we shall see what happens tomorrow. Who knows, maybe I can be myself. Much love, K

Happy Turkey Day. I don't like thanksgiving because then everyone wants to say what they are thankful for, like the rest of the time they aren't. I'm always thankful or try to be. When something good or even nice happens to me I thank to the Lord or when someone helps me out I say thank you. If my mom ever did anything beside buy me fattening food, I would say thank you to her as well. But since she isn't here and nor is my grandma I guess I won't be saying thank you to them today. So today I plan to get some things from the house, maybe bake, if I see Johnny Bravo, and then do some homework. I was gonna write some letters but I think that will all have to wait. I should buy my ticket for Buffalo though. I don't want it to be highly expensive. Hope you all don't eat a whole lot like the Isrealities. Much love, K

I have no clue where I got this tie. But I had an awesome day in it. I went to work, then went to BMCC where I had some delicious Thanksgiving food with some awesome people. There was dancing and music too. I had fun and struggle with the idea of going back there. I don't have to go back, there is really nothing there for me to do. Maybe once a week... We shall see. Today's tie comes from I have no clue. I probably bought it since it's all yellow. I tried to get another one with the cat but it's too dark, yet again. It's suppose to be morning but sadly it is raining out. I guess I better get started with my day. Much love, K

So I start on my new tie rack today but I haven't put it up in the closet yet. I have to do some cleaning first and I need a shower, real bad. Anywho, today's tie I have no clue where it came from. I think it's from Bob since it has a verse about South African wild lions. And it seems I'm supporting the wild life fund by wearing this tie! Cool beans. Oh and this is an adorable kitty, like a real one, it's so small and all black except for a little white. I'll try to get a better picture of her tomorrow. I am definitely not picking up the other cat. He is huge. Maybe I can get him when she's chilling in the sink. We shall see. Much love, K

So I am officially out of space on my tie rack! Thank goodness I bought another one :D And only for 14:67 I'm such a super star. Okay back to the good stuff. I got this tie from some shop in the Mall in Manhattan. It's okie. It kinda lost it's filling so I will not be wearing this tie much. And I need my other ties dry cleaned before I wear them. Today's tie I bought myself. It is a Jerry Garcia tie. I think he's dead. I'm not sure. All the good guys are dead. Like Mr. Rogers. I liked him. He was mad cool and informative and never boring at all. That song he sang was cool too. Man, do the good die young. Anyway, on the a better topic, which I don't have in mind, so here's my agenda. Gym and then workout. Tomorrow I don't have to sing, so I could stay up and do my homework because I have a speech to make tomorrow. Why oh why do people make me do these things. eh, Much love, K

Hola mi amigas! Today is a day the Lord has made. Let's rejoice and be glad in it. I want to thank the Lord for all that he has done for me so far and will do and what he's doing now. I had a fabulous time at Bible study yesterday and a good quiet time this morning. Well, today is a very cold and not so sunny day but I shall be sunny and help out the sun today. The time is flying by, lol. I know, on like day twenty something I was like, this is taking forever and now it's getting close to the end. I guess when you're going through stuff it doesn't seem like two months have come and gone already. Two months ago, I was probably happier, I definitely knew less and have made some decisions for my life. I am a little bit wiser and have a little more money :D Anyway, today's tie come from Tina. So today's tie I bought somewhere, not quite sure where. But certain no one would ever give me a pink skull tie without me having remembered. Today I went to a Career Fair, and I didn't go to work. I am having thoughts about Twilight characters and I want to sing my heart out. I'm cold and I want my plants to grow. Much love, K

So this tie comes from my good friend Destony Stewart. She got it from her grandfather and she gave it to me. It was really nice of her. She gave it to me my senior year of High School and I didn't get her anything in return. I was still new to the whole gift giving idea back then. Anyway, time to get some homework done. Much love, K

So today's tie come from Bob, probably, hopefully, I don't know. So I baked a cake this morning. I love baking. And thinking about how the people who eat it, will love it. I don't do it for the praise but to fill their hungry bellies. It is so much easier to bake a cake or brownie instead of a four course meal. I wish I could do that for some of the homeless people I see on the train and on my way to work. I wish I could hand out blankets and hugs. But sadly I can not. So this tie comes from Express Men. Recently bought in one of my four years of college. So yesterday I did nothing besides walk to Target, get some pants and note cards. And then I sat and watched tv all day. And then got some Chinese and then proceeded to watch more tv. A very productive day as you can tell. Much love, K

Guess who stopped by for a bit? It is my mommy! I told her to come take a picture with me and she did! I would have asked my grandma to take one with me, but she looks funny in pictures so I decided to skip her. Anyway, so I bought today's tie at Macy's. One of the LP guys at my job liked it. Sometimes I just wanna take their ties but I have to control myself. Oh and today at work my supervisor got on my nerve a little but I wasn't gonna let her or any guest mess up my day. So today, was very not eventful. Grandma took my books to her place. I went to work and then wanted out. So I'm sure someone gave me this tie, I'm just lost as to who. I think it's rarely recent so someone should know! Anyway, yesterday I found out that I sucked on my homework for my grad class but the teacher was like you can do better so she's making me do it over, so I better rock it! I'm a write everything I possibly can. Oh and I might be either transferring or moving to a different area at my job, that would be nice. Sick of the same old same things. I need a new scenery. We are half way there peoples!! Aren't you excited? I am, that means I am fifty ties closer to the end of all my ties. It's kinda sad but not really. Hey y'all! Guess what tie this is? It is my very first tie. I bought it in Claire's. Maybe 11th grade. I was into dark things back then. I wore black make up and lots of skull-ed things. Anyway, bought the tie because I found a paper in my uncle's drawer that told you how to tie one. So when I saw it, I thought, great, I can try it out, well that's what I think was going through my head. I kinda did it without thinking much. Claire's use to be my store. Now it's Century 21. This tie, I have no clue where I got it. I think I might have bought it, but I'm not too sure. I know these are such fun stories when I don't know where I got these ties from. The tie I am holding up is from my besties Marilyn and Ruth. Yea they got me two ties, they so rock! And I have no clue where I got the tie I am wearing but I remember having it in High School. I remember wearing it in the hallway. And the VP Mr. Adjebole telling me he liked the ties I wore but that they were not "academy" so I took it off until I turned the corner and then I put it right back on :D Yea I was a rebel back then. But now, at work, people expect me to wear ties. After the twentieth day, I think people began to get the hint. Yes I like ties, and yea I do wear them everyday. Suck it up!
