So, this tie was given to me by the guy I mentioned in my last post. Because, you see we did go out on a date, the day after Valentine's Day. He gave me a nice rose and we went ice skating, which was super duper fun. After that we spent my birthday together and he made me whole wheat chocolate chip cookies from scratch and a wonderful card with a very nice poem inside. After that the next week, we went on a lunch date and by leap day we were a couple (officially on facebook). We went to brunch one Friday and saw the Lorax, went to Buffalo Wild Wings where I met his friends. He came with me to a baby shower where he met my friends and survived. And this past Monday we celebrated our first month of dating. We ate Chinese, walked across a bridge and sat in a park; he also got me a dozen pink roses and this fabulous tie. I don't know how I got so lucky with this wonderfully awesome guy who makes me smile and laugh and fills me with so much joy but I'm glad he's here and hope he sticks around. Much love, K
